The Belgian retailer Vanden Borre, a member of the Fnac Darty Group, chooses DJUST to launch its new B2B platform, with the primary goal of better managing flexible compensation plans for companies and their employees, as well as enabling the management of personalized incentives and equipment orders.
Fnac Vanden Borre, a Belgian retailer and member of the Fnac Darty Group, specializes in B2B sales of home appliances, IT equipment, and audiovisual materials. Through its B2B division, the company aggregates a vast catalog of 15,000 products from various companies to thousands of employees, which are used for customized incentive programs and corporate gifts, as well as supplying private businesses and the public sector with equipment for internal use.
With the company’s legacy platforms no longer able to meet the demands of its expanding B2B strategy, Fnac Vanden Borre is replacing its IT tools to support its growth.
“Our clients have embraced eCommerce and now expect a seamless, user-friendly, and high-quality experience. It was essential to modernize our solutions. DJUST offers us the ability to meet these needs with a reliable and scalable architecture,”
said Christophe Bikx, B2B Director at Fnac Vanden Borre Business.
DJUST is a unified B2B commerce platform specifically developed to address the complexities of B2B transactions. Its fully modular, headless, SaaS solution integrates both front-office and back-office operations into a single platform.
“We are thrilled to support Fnac Vanden Borre in the modernization of their B2B platforms. DJUST will address key front-office needs, such as integrating SSO and enabling personalization across different sites. It will also tackle critical back-office functions, including seamless ERP integration, eliminating manual processes for catalog selection, and enhancing security and maintenance capabilities. We believe our solution will accelerate their business and be a substantial benefit for their clients,”
added Arnaud Rihiant, Co-founder and President of DJUST.
